I have spent many years trying to express myself through the act of creating things. I have been humbled by its difficulty. My efforts in the pursuit of capturing the three dimensional illusion using canvas, brushes, oil and acrylic paint have been challenging, frustrating, exciting, and ultimately immensely satisfying. For me the journey through the process is the driving force, not the end result. The original idea, the canvas preparation, the smell and texture of the paint, the many brushstrokes, challenges, and even the failures are what pushes me to continue painting. The work, exploration and discovery are continuous. I have opened this shop to offer prints, cards, phone cases, and pillows featuring images of my original artwork.
